Please do not think we are unfriendly, but we all need to know on what terms and conditions we process your reservation. Please take a minute to read them before proceeding to the next stage
Terms & Conditions The Service, Bed & Breakfast Booking Service South Australia, acts as a booking agent for the proprietors of accommodation properties, making booking contracts between you and the proprietor of the accommodation property that you have selected. The Service, its agents and staff shall not be liable for any damages, injury, loss or delay howsoever caused whilst at the accommodation or any related activity. All tariffs quoted at the time of booking are subject to change without prior notice. The Service accepts no responsibility for any misrepresentation, unforeseen omissions or additional costs incurred in relation to information provided in this publication. Any complaints should be made in writing to the Service for it to forward the complaint to the proprietor, to enable the proprietor the opportunity to remedy the complaint. No responsibility will be accepted for complaints received more than 14 days after the event. The Service is not responsible for the actions, defaults, or negligence of any proprietor. The liability of the Service for loss or damage of luggage, compensation for distress, disappointment and loss of enjoyment is limited in total to the price of the accommodation booked. Any dispute between the proprietor and you must be settled directly with the proprietor, for whose actions the Service can accept no responsibility. You must keep the accommodation property in good order and you will be responsible to the proprietor for any damages. The Service reserves the right to refuse any booking and for a proprietor to cancel any booking already made if the accommodation property becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the proprietor. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Due to a ruling by the Australian Taxation Office, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable to all BnB's, cottages and guest houses. All properties are No Smoking indoors. Strict cancellation policies apply. Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a $30 (incl. GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date will forfeit the full deposit or 50% of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the booking will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $20 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date. The Information provided on this Booking Request will be used solely by the Bed & Breakfast Booking Service South Australia to process the booking in accordance with your instructions. The information will only be disclosed to the proprietor of the property that we book for you.
