Oscar Basedow founded the famous Basedow wine label.
Oscar’s Barossa is a newly renovated, spacious 1926 stone villa. This lovely old Edwardian villa in central Tanunda is ideal for groups of up to 6 people.
It has modern comforts like queen size beds and air-conditioning but still retains its original charm.
There are 3 queen bedrooms plus a fold away bed and porta-cot for the younger members of the family.
There is a spacious lounge room with TV, VCR and CD for entertainment or you can just sit and relax in front of the open fire.
Kitchen facilities include a good size refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is even a portable BBQ to take out on the lawn for casual eating on the verandah.
Close to shops, restaurants and take-aways and Chateau Tanunda is walking distance for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.
