Every Tour is different
Leanne from Miami took her 4 kids along – the youngest son could pick locations from miles away
Narelle from Western Australia saw filming take place on the roadside near Wilgul – if only the stars could do what the sheep wanted to do!
Emily form Victoria saw the cattle being mustered in the windmill paddock – great to see horses and dogs working.
Manuella from Belguim saw filming at the hotel and got to meet Grace and Riley
Jodie from Mildura enjoyed it so much she is now a McLeod’s Country Tours guide.
Luba from Salisbury went on a tour and the next week became an extra for the sheep dog trials
Belinda, Briony and Anthony from Sydney were stopped near Drover’s Run when a mob of sheep came down the road
Amy from Charleville in outback Queensland took her wedding party for a tour
Starlight Wish
McLeod’s Country Tours has been selected by the Starlight Foundation to provide personal tours of the country, towns and locations where McLeod’s Daughters is filmed.
The best part of these days is to see the incredible smiles on the faces of disadvantaged kids when they meet their favourite star of McLeod’s Daughters. It works both ways. We are so impressed by the reaction of the stars of McLeod’s Daughters. They have no hesitation in taking a break from a busy filming schedule to spend time with these kids. The joy they bring is so true to their heart.
Our sincere thanks to the owners of Gungellan Hotel (George and Ann-Marie) and Robyn at Gungellan Coffee Break and Browse for adding their special touches when we make a Starlight Wish come true.
