Bungaree Station homestead was once the base for one of the early pioneering pastoralist families of South Australia – their merino sheep empire was world famous and covered thousands of square miles.

You can now enjoy the heritage of this little village – with cottages, a church and farm store, shearing sheds and barns and the grand Homestead all set in the most delightful grounds full of old English trees, lawns and gardens.

The Station offers a wide range of accommodation options in heritage cottages, farm buildings and stables including The Farm House, Men’s Kitchen, Manager’s House, Council Chambers, The Stallion Box, The Lodge, The Stableyard plus the Shearer’s Quarters.
