With new owners and a recent renovation, this country town motel provides clean affordable accommodation on the edge of the historic town of Auburn – southern gateway to the famous Clare Valley wine region.
Rated by AAA Tourism at 3.0 STARS, there are two levels of motel suite available. The 4 standard suites have double beds while the 5 deluxe suites have queen beds. Two of the deluxe suites also have a single bed.
All suites have reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans, small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and a toaster.
Other meals are available mid week by prior arrangement. A guest BBQ is located in a garden setting. There are restaurants in Auburn plus antique and craft shops.
Bicycles can be hired to explore the Riesling Trail cycle and walking path from Auburn to Clare.
